Summary:

Have you ever experienced that a user you are training doesn’t remember much at all or is not listening? Pedagogy is the science of what helps people learn and how to design effective teaching. Pedagogical tools are simple to apply in incremental steps and have a great potential for improving the design of technological training routines. During this 2 hours workshop, you will get practical pedagogical tips and you will work with your peers on improving the design of your own training, in small steps and at your own pace. This workshop is geared to facility staff who train end-users. During the workshop, you will need to use a laptop and a mobile phone.
