Our aims
We collaborate to design, implement, and continuously evolve a dynamic and coordinated communication and engagement framework for CTLS community.
Through clear, consistent and high-quality communication channels and activities, the group seeks to foster active member participation, promote inclusive representation across the community and strengthen alignment among CTLS working groups.
By building strong internal connections and strategic external partnerships, the working group will enhance collaboration, visibility and collective impact in support of the CTLS mission.
Current Activities
- Coordinating and maintaining CTLS communication channels, including the website, newsletter, social media, and video platforms.
- Organizing webinars and online activities to engage members, onboard new participants, and address topics of current relevance to the community.
- Developing content workflows and editorial practices to support efficient publication and high-quality communication outputs.
- Supporting centralized member and mailing list management to improve outreach and inclusiveness.
- Fostering collaboration within CTLS and building partnerships with external organizations through joint activities and shared communication initiatives.
- Contributing to the development and dissemination of diversity, equity, and inclusion policies and best practices.
